The Board is a personal decision-support tool. It uses AI language models to simulate mentor personas that debate your questions and offer structured perspectives. The Board is designed to help you think, not to replace professional advice.
The mentor personas in The Board are AI-generated simulations. Nothing produced by The Board constitutes legal, financial, medical, psychological, or any other form of professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions in those domains. You are solely responsible for any action you take based on The Board's output.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:
One account per person. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
You agree not to use The Board to:
You may upload books or documents to generate custom mentor personas. By uploading content, you confirm you have the right to use that content for this purpose. The Board processes uploaded files to extract decision-making frameworks and does not store raw file content after processing.
You retain ownership of any content you upload. You grant The Board a limited license to process that content for the purpose of generating your mentor personas.
The Board uses third-party AI language models (via OpenRouter) to generate mentor responses. AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or biased. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated response.
We make no guarantees about the availability or uptime of The Board. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Board and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated output.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of The Board after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the service operator is located.
